Start your journey with a walking tour of our vineyard, historic 1830s barn winery, and wine cellar. Along the way, explore the rich history and craftsmanship behind Averill House Vineyard as you learn about the fascinating story of Brookline’s historic Ice District, our beautifully restored 1830s tasting room, the winemaking process from vine to bottle, and the Averill family’s humble beginnings and the growth of our vineyard.

This engaging tour provides a behind-the-scenes look at how our wines are made, seamlessly connecting history, tradition, and hands-on winemaking in a uniquely New Hampshire setting.

Bottle, Cork, Foil & Label Your Own Wine

Step into the shoes of a winemaker and create a personalized souvenir to take home. During this hands-on experience, you will bottle the day’s featured wine*, cork and foil your bottle, choose from several foil styles that reflect the day’s adventure, and apply a custom label for a unique, personal touch. One bottle of wine is included with your admission, and additional bottles may be filled and purchased during the event.

This interactive session offers a behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process while giving you the opportunity to craft a keepsake to remember your visit to Averill House Vineyard.

*The wine being bottled is pre-selected by our winemaker based on the weekly production schedule.
